  • Our interior styling service is designed for clients who want to transform their home without undertaking a major renovation. We work with what you already have, while thoughtfully introducing artwork, textiles, lighting, accessories, antiques and vintage pieces to bring greater depth to each room. The result is a home that feels updated, livable and refreshed.

  • This is not a traditional staging service; it’s a personalized walk-through consultation designed to help you maximize your profit. After our session, you will receive a customized roadmap featuring three distinct action plans.

    1. The $0 Strategy: How to edit, declutter, and arrange your existing furniture to create a home that buyer’s can envision themselves living in.


    2. The High Impact Refresh ($1k-$5k): Strategic budget-friendly updates (such as fresh paint, re-caulking, and/or new lighting) to yield the highest impact.


    3. The Value-Add Renovation ($5k+): Recommended for larger pre-sale renovations, we work alongside your listing agent to significantly boost your asking price with direct comparables in mind.

The Consultation

We meet on-site to understand the scope of your project, your priorities and what you hope to achieve. This consultation gives us the opportunity to explore your vision, answer questions and offer initial direction. From there, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work and next phase of the process.

Research, Design, & Presentation

Once the proposal is approved, we begin by researching and refining the vision for your home. From there, we develop a cohesive design plan that may include layouts, finishes, colour palettes, millwork, fixtures and furnishings. The complete design is then presented through mood boards, drawings, samples and renderings.

Implementation & Installation

Once the design is approved, we manage the details required to bring it to life - ordering, tracking, managing trades and project coordination through implementation. Once everything has arrived, we complete the space with thoughtful styling so it feels personal, polished and ready to enjoy.
